You need a tent but if you do not have one let trip leader know - there are extras.

Activities:  Bring everything you need for some camping fun, food, and even your favorite fishing pole.  We will have a Pack Meeting, a costume contest, fear factor activities, pumpkin decorating and carving (for those scouts with their whittling chip), and fun.  The spooky trail is a hit with everyone so bring your flashlights!  A Tiger Trail is available to do games instead of the spooky trail.  Trick or treating will happen during the dark hours as we tour our campsite from tent to tent.  We will participate in a Conservation Project so bring work gloves & hand tools for planting bulbs and grass seed that we will be spreading.  Don’t miss out on the excitement!  T-shirts may be available by preordering at the time of registration.  Please bring candy and a bag for tent to tent Trick or Treat.

Costumes: Bring your costume and be ready for a fun filled scary weekend at Lawhorn Scout Base.  No costume accessories such as guns, knives, axes, light sabers are allowed.  One Cub Scout will represent our Pack at the Council Costume Contest.

Pumpkins:  (Pumpkins provided) Tigers and Wolves may draw on the pumpkins and decorate with feathers, pushpins, glitter (anything that does not require carving).  Bears and Webelos who are carrying a whittling chip card may carve their pumpkins.  One Scout in each rank will be chosen to represent our Pack at the Pumpkin Contest.

Note:  Rock throwing, hitting, kicking, and cursing (especially along the haunted trail) will NOT be tolerated.  Violators will be asked to leave.

Meals: Families will be responsible for their own meals, drinks & snacks.  However, menus and cooking can be coordinated by Den if they so wish.  Pits are available for campfires but wood, cooking surfaces, pans & utensils will be needed.
